The Story

"Upfront and fabulously aromatic, the wine shows green apple, jalapeno and kiwifruit characters on the nose, followed by a fruit-forward palate that's juicy and lingering. Varietally expressive and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine orbit, Oct 2023

Lifted aromas of white peach, kaffir lime and sweet basil. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with passionfruit and crunchy apple with a clean minerality. A herbaceous thread of nettle leads onto a mouth-watering finish. Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years.

The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley.

Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.

Food Pairing: Delicious matched with Bluefin Tuna Tartare.
