A soft pale green in colour showing a fresh aromatic profile with notes of blackcurrant, tomato leaf, and capsicum, complemented by lifted citrus scents. On the palate it is intense and concentrated, yet bright and fresh. The flavors showcase ripe gooseberry, nettle, green capsicum, and a touch of salty minerality. BM Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a fruit-driven and generous wine with a crisp and full-bodied character.
Specially chosen from parcels of perfectly ripened fruit. The harmonious balance of warm sunny days and cool evenings from our vineyards, close to the coast in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley, helped form our Sauvignon Blanc grapes that burst with flavour, acidity and vibrancy.
Food Pairing: Perfect for immediate drinking on its own or a terrific match with pan fried scallops or Marlborough mussels.
