This 2023 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc oozes summer with fresh aromatics of tropical fruits and a touch of citrus. The intensity follows on through the palate with delicious grapefruit, passionfruit and minerality evident on the tongue. Leaving you with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel, ready for another sip.Â
The fruit for this wine was specially chosen from parcels of fruit within the Dillons Point area in Marlborough. The harmonious balance of warm sunny days and cool evenings from our vineyards helped form our Sauvignon Blanc grapes that burst with flavour, acidity, and vibrancy.
Our team of experts at the winery set out to enhance the natural flavors of the Dillons Point sub-region by fermenting the fruit in cool stainless-steel tanks and carrying out a fast and thorough winemaking process. The resulting wine was blended to perfection, delivering to you a fresh and fruity Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
