This 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is pale green in colour, on the nose is fragrant tropical fruits, ripe passionfruit, and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and full of flavour showing layers of gooseberry, passionfruit, and a bright citrus snap on the finish.Â
The grapes for this punchy Sauvignon Blanc were sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Marlborough region that showed exceptional quality fruit. In the cool of the evening the fruit was machine harvested and swiftly delivered to our nearby winery. In the cellar, the fruit was immediately pressed then fermented using select yeast strains. After fermentation, the juice was cold settled in cool stainless-steel tanks to retain freshness and purity on the palate.
Food Pairing:Â A perfect match with freshly steamed Marlborough mussels.
